  • First Amendment: This site is protected speech concerning matters of public interest.

  • OSHA Section 11(c): Any retaliation against contributors is a potential violation of federal whistleblower law.

  • Anti-SLAPP & Public Participation Laws: Attempts to silence or penalize contributors for lawful speech may constitute Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP), and may entitle the whistleblower or website owner to attorney’s fees or sanctions.

  • ADA/Disability Retaliation: Any targeting of contributors due to disability or caregiving roles may violate federal law.

  • Use in Litigation: Using this site that is maintained and made by Mila Garcia & Friends (Ms. Garcia's daughter has nothing to do with this site and any mention of her will be not only factually false but further harrassment) to collect evidence, make/support any claims, screenshot, use third parties or fake persons or entities to contact or interact with this site.
